PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS/HONORS:
Developed programming for a nationally recognized, Marconi- winning CHR.

Achieved and maintained a #1 market rank in a major market.

Produced spots and managed staff as Assistant Production Director of KDLX-FM when it received national recognition for outstanding production.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:
Midwest Radio Group, Battle Creek, Mi. (1996 to Present) Air Personality/Webmaster. Performed on-air in both country and Classic Hits formats. Currently perform on- air in an adult CHR format, make personal appearances, produce commercials and develop promotions. Also design and maintain WWW sites for three stations in the group.

WWCK-FM ("CK105"), Flint, Mi. (1994 to 1995) Performed on-air as an air personality (nights) and achieved a #1 ranking in primary and secondary target audiences (women 18-24 and teens) in both Arbitron and AccuRatings measurements, doubling predecessor's target audience numbers. Assisted in development of programming strategy and promotions.

KISF-FM ("Kiss 107.3"), Kansas City, Mo. (1992 to 1994) Performed on-air as an air personality in a Top 30 market. Hosted a weekly house-mix show which rated #1 in its target audience (women 18-24).

KDLX-FM ("X106"), Maryville, Mo. (1990 to 1993) Positions included Program Director, Assistant Production Director, and Morning Show Host/Producer. Developed a format for a nationally recognized, Marconi-winning CHR. Wrote and produced commercials, promotional spots, comedy shorts and a weekly comedy program ("Ace's Basement Attic").

Other experience includes on-air, promotions and production work at KKJO/St. Joseph, Mo. (Hot AC), KXCV/Maryville, Mo. (jazz/news) and KMRN-AM/Cameron, Mo. (news/talk, country).

EDUCATION/SPECIALIZED TRAINING:
Experienced in digital and analog two-track and multi-track production/editing, including digital processing and sampling. Trained on Selector. Experienced with all major desktop publishing software packages.
